TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please note that this is a simple human-readable summary and not a substitute for the FULL TERMS OF SERVICE, which you should take the time to read.

  • Full payment first, after I receive the payment I will start the commission.

  • Will only accept EUR (€) via Ko-fi or PayPal invoices as payment.

  • The prices shown are just base prices and for one (1) character only. The price for each additional character is +100% of the initial value.

  • Only 3 changes free per commission. In case you need more changes, there will be an extra charge.

  • The commission might last three (3) week(s) or up to three (3) months to be finished according to the type of commission and details. Please don’t rush me.

  • I hold the right to decline your commission if I feel like I can't fulfill it or feel uncomfortable with the request.

  • NO REFUNDS. No refunds will be made after you've made your payment, unless for some reason I'm unable to finish your commission.

  • Every commission works are just for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can’t use them for profit or even remove my watermark.

  • The conditions and prices for commercial use are different. Commercial use is negotiable.

rough commission process

  • Send me an email attaching all the information requested preferably in a PDF.

  • There are times when gmail sends mails straight to spam. If I don't reply within 3 days please try sending another email or contacting me via Twitter or Tumblr.

  • Once we came to agree with your commission, I will only start drawing after receiving full payment first.

  • My turnaround time for the sketch is 5 - 10 business days after payment is made.

  • I will send updates during the rough sketch, sketch cleanse, coloring and final details stages.

  • The commission will be sent in digital format only through the email provided, delivered in a format equal to or larger than 2000px, 300dpi in a png file.

FAQ

TAT (Turnaround time)

Please don't rush me. I beg you, lol. I'm a college student and also have like 3 part-time jobs. You can ask for an update over your commission progress anytime you want but please do not ask me about it every 2 days.

If any technical or health inconvenience occurs during the period in which the commission is made, the TAT may be extended according to the duration of the situation presented. In this case, I will inform the client as soon as possible.


IMPORTANT ASPECTS TO CONSIDER

Remember to make corrections or highlight details with each revision, if something is missing or out of place let me know. I won't be fixing any mistakes caused by unclear references sent by the commissioner.
Please make sure to store your files safely. I'm constantly cleaning up old files and I'm not responsible for storing or keeping a copy in the future.
